TJ Williford, Founder & Broker

 

TJ is the founder and Qualifying Broker of Partners Realty.  He has brokered hundreds of real estate transaction in most categories: single family residential, water front homes (Orange Beach & Lake Martin) recreation & timber land, commercial, multi family, industrial, retail and office space.  In addition to brokerage, TJ also provides developers with market analysis and feasibility studies to better understand the tri county market.  He has help orchestrate dozens of residential, new urban mix use and commercial developments.  TJ has become a leader in the revitalization efforts of Downtown Montgomery. His unique approach to real estate, hard work and serving his clients with enthusiasm and exemplary customer service has let to 10 years of success and consistent growth.  TJ has grown Partners Realty into a small boutique company to a major player in several markets in Alabama. 

After a short collegiate Baseball career, he studied Business Administration at Auburn University Montgomery.  TJ lives in Montgomery with his wife Tracy and daughter Avery.  They are expecting their second child, John Mills in December.       

Graham Cook, Managing Partner/ Chief Financial Officer

Graham, Graham is a resident of Montgomery and the Chief Financial Officer of Partners Realty.  He began investing in real estate at a very young age.  Learning from the ground up, Graham started his own real estate investment company in his early twenties.  Prior to becoming a shareholder of Partners, he was the CFO of IMG Inc, a third party management company overseeing $150 million in multi-family assets.  During this time, Graham was instrumental in standardization of policies, procedures and reporting which led to the acquisition of IMG by a much larger company. 

With experience in acquisitions, accounting systems, report preparation, financial analysis and a broad range of general real estate knowledge, Graham has led Partners to the next level.  Graham is a cum laude graduate from Berry College with a BS in Business Management.  

Trey Hardwich, Agent/Lake Martin Specialist

Trey Trey is a graduate of The University of Alabama. He has worked in public accounting, banking, manufacturing, and construction industries. He has been a part of hundreds of real estate transactions including single family, multi-family, land, and commercial. Trey's diverse experience brings a buyer or seller of real estate a great deal of comfort as he has experienced issues from all sides of a real estate transaction (buying, selling, and financing).  Trey specializes in land and homes on Lake Martin.  Trey is a tremendous asset to Partners Realty and his clients.  He lives in Montgomery with his wife Blake and two children Marlin and Stella. 

Reg Mantooth, Agent/Commercial Management, Sales and Investments

A native to Montgomery, Reg has a background in finance, accounting and management.  Reg has emerged as a top commercial producer at Partners.  He specializes in retail center acquisitions & management.  He is equipped with the tools and experience to assist his commercial clients in a variety of markets.  He attended Auburn University Montgomery and was member of the 1988 Basketball National Championship.  He graduated in 1991 with a degree in Finance.  Reg lives in Montgomery with his beautiful wife, Beth and son Parker.

Justin was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama and understands the diverse and exciting real estate opportunities in his hometown. Tracy Williford, Alley Station Leasing Agent

Born and raised in Montgomery, Tracy received her BFA from Birmingham Southern College in 2005. She continued her design education with several secondary certifications in design and decorating. Tracy is directly responsible for leasing and management of the Alley Station ball room and roof terrace. This space is very popular for weddings, receptions, private parties and corporate events. Tracy's natural gifts of organization, planning, creative design and functional implementation are key to her success.

Jenny Smith

Jenny has been involved in the construction and property management business for over 15 years.  She serves as the office manager and general administrative functions of the Property Management Division.  Her work ethic and delightful customer service has been crucial to the success and consistent growth of our Property Management Division.   

Cindy Keeping, Sales Agent and HOA Manager

Cindy has lived most of her life in the Montgomery area. She is the wife of a retired Air Force Officer and the Mother of two grown children. Her background in Property Management locally and on the West Coast has prepared her to serve her clients with great care and professionalism.

Cindy is greatly involved in the Capitol Heights Civic Association because she believes in "Community" and "Family". This belief in Community feeds her enthusiasm to provide her clients with smooth and rewarding Real Estate experiences!
